Allana Ferguson bio
Allana participated for Australia in the Rugby Sevens 2013 and then was injured repeatedly to her knees, which forced Allana on the sidelines. She returned to rugby league after several years. Allana had a great time in the team of New South Wales in her first women's Rugby League game against Queensland, which she took part in during 2015. Allana is also a frequent radio personality, appearing regularly with 2GB's Continuous Call Team. Outside of sport Allana is a trained educator. Allana Ferguson, a Jillaroos superstar and teacher who is qualified in addition to her sporting career, has represented Australia at three times, in the sport of touch football, as well as rugby league, and in rugby sevens. Allana Ferguson, the Jillaroos' top player in rugby has to call time on her professional career because of tearing her ACL four times. Ferguson was 25, and had torn her ACL in the same spot between the age of 15-17 and at 20. After a fourth tear she knew it was time for an end. Ferguson, JILLAROOS playmaker and the fourth year player to be injured in the ACL, needed to quit earlier. Ferguson suffered an ACL injury the month of November, while training.
